
Refund Policy
Cancellations/Rescheduling on Orders/Readings/workings: I do not accept cancellations, Once you book you may reschedule if you need.
Cancellations/Refunds on Items: final sale on all products, if anything you receive is broken contact me within 24 hours.
Returns: I do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have any problems with your order, please email us within 24 hours of receipt of shipment of your Serpent Rose Apothecary order at serpentroseapothecary@gmail.com and include your order number. I will do my best to help you.

Reshipping Packages: If a package is sent back to me, I will message you to cover the cost of reshipping the package. If you do not want to cover the cost of shipping you will forfeit the package as returned packages are not an error on our part.
In the case that I do agree on a refund for whatever reason, I do need to physically receive the package with all items included and undamaged before I process the refund. Once I do receive the package please allow 3-5 business days to process the refund.
Due to the nature of this work I do not take returns. If your order comes damaged please message us at serpentroseapothecary@gmail.com
