​Products, Readings & Workings are final sale . non-refundable. Cancelations are not an option for Products, workings or readings. I am able to be flexible about rescheduling a reading or working, or setting to a certain time or date. Please contact me within 48 hours if you would like to discuss other options. If you receive your product and it is broken or something is missing please contact me within 24 hours and we can discuss options.
We recommend that you also consult with the appropriate professionals before taking any actions based on such information, as the use or reliance of any such information contained on this site is solely at your own risk.
Spell/ritual/Intention oils are not recommended to be used on your skin or ingestion.. During any spell /ritual / Intention work, as anointing oil, for candles on spell jars, in floor washes, on windowsills, locks, tags, etc.
The herbs/supplements at Serpent Rose Apothecary contain ingredients that have strong Organic effects, and such products may not be safe on and/or for all people. If you have certain health conditions, please contact your health care professional and discuss whether it is safe for you to take a particular product, and/or whether the product is appropriate for what you require. We are not liable for any damage occurred by any of the candles, services or products sold. Keep in mind, all products are hand made and there will be imperfections. Spell oils are not intended for skin application.
