Serpent Rose Apothecary is about helping people on their journey/path. I offer a range of custom made tools, and workings based on the clients requests & how spirit guides me. If you need help figuring out my site please contact me here.

How do I use the Spelled Ritual Oils?
​
All of my spell / ritual oils are intended for spell, ritual & anointing / dressing altar spaces, tools, and candles. Spell / ritual / intention oils are not intended to eat or to be applied on skin. Avoid sensitive everything, use with discretion, and wash hands after use. My oils contain only the real Herbs, Resins, Essential Oils.​

Do you accept returns or refunds?
 
No, All products, workings and readings are final sale. If you purchase a crystal and it is broken when you receive it, please contact me within 24 hours and we will discuss options.

Why don't all your oils have scents?
​
While most of my oils have yummy scents to them that is not the main point of these oils. If you would like a more perfume oil / oil that’s heavily scented or a certain scent to your spelled oil please order a custom and specifically state the notes you would like. The scents while normally do not change from their regular scent, are subject to change at any time. 

​When do you go on lives?
 
As of right now I don't have a exact schedule for lives, I will post on my social media's when I am going on lives, please keep an eye out.

​When will my order ship?
​
10 - 14 Business Days to process before they are shipped out. Once shipped, it can USPS can take up to 7 Business Days to deliver. As soon as your order is shipped, you'll receive an email from the shop with your tracking number! We are working every day to get orders out as fast as we can. Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as Business Days.
 
How long does Shipping take?
 
Once your order is processed and you receive your tracking information, you can monitor the tracking information from there. We use USPS. Shipping usually takes around 5 - 7 business days.

Why is my international package taking so long arrive? Where is my package?
​
Please understand we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages. Unfortunately once a package is shipped there is not much we can do to track it down since the shipping process is out of our hands once your package leaves our doors. Sometimes USPS stops updating the tracking information once it leaves Canada.

The international shipping process can take extra time to make it through customs etc. We recommend reaching out to your local postal service and customs agency. We're sorry for the inconvenience!
 
Can I use X product if I am pregnant/have pets?
 
If you are unsure about a product’s safety for pregnancy or around pets, please consult with your doctor or veterinarian.

I am allergic to X, Y, Z. Can I still buy an oil?

If you have any allergies to herbs or oils, please email us prior to ordering to confirm if we can fulfill your allergen requirements, as this is not a guaranteed allergy-free environment. Depending on the Oil you want, we might recommend getting a Custom Oil.
